Mats Gustafsson

Mats Gustafsson is an integral part of Rosättra and has been one of the most influential figures at the yard for 60 years. Since 1973, his curiosity, attentiveness, and strong commitment have been key to the development of Linjett. Mats continues to contribute his vast experience and knowledge to the rest of the Linjett Design Team.

Mats’ deep passion for the perfect sailing experience has had a direct impact on the design of our yachts. Finding the clever and innovative balance between a cruising yacht and a performance sailboat has been part of his everyday work, and this philosophy is now embedded in our DNA.

In addition to his expertise in design and boat building, Mats has also played a significant role in inviting our yacht owners and customers to be involved with the Linjett Boatyard and the family business. Adapting yachts to meet customers’ needs has been as natural for Mats as fostering a close connection to both the family and the company. He has shaped the relationships that we continue to nurture today with everyone involved at Rosättra and Linjett Yachts.
